The Council of Europe and Diplo co-organised an interactive discussion on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Council of Europe's Cybercrime Convention, on 24 November in Geneva.

Dr Eduardo Gelbstein provided an introduction to cybersecurity issues. He discussed the technical, management, and organisational aspects of cybersecurity.

Dr Jovan Kurbalija presented the Diplomatic Guide on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime, discussing how diplomats should deal with these new issues on the diplomatic agenda. He mapped the main players, the main documents, and the main controversies in international policy-making in this field.

The presentation was followed by an engaging discussion with participants from Geneva's diplomatic community and international organisations. The discussion was moderated by Dr Petru Dumitriu, Permanent Observer of the Council of Europe.
