Participants at the Malta Master/PGD Workshop on Contemporary Diplomacy are learning about the applications and implications of e-diplomacy tools.
Today, guided by Diplo staff members Stephanie Borg Psaila, Mary Murphy, Hannah Slavik and Ginger Paque, participants are trying out tools for gathering and sharing information, online negotiation and remote participation.
