The Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme for 2011 is open for applications. It offers beginner and advanced knowledge on Internet governance issues with various thematic areas. The programme consists of four phases, including courses on policy development, national/regional strategic plans, policy research, and a policy immersion phase. Professionals dealing with Internet-related issues can apply for one of the 60 available spots. Scholarships are available for applicants from developing countries.
