In December 2003, Diplo published a new series of booklets, ‘The Information Society Library (ISL)’, providing non-technical information and guidelines on key cyberspace and Internet-related issues.
These booklets addressed the needs of professionals in the field of international affairs, providing knowledge about the main trends and issues concerning cyberspace.
