Event description
Diplo’s first multistakeholder course on ‘Information Society Governance’ concluded in December 2003, with the attendance of the course participants at WSIS in Geneva. The course started in September with an introductory workshop in Belgrade, and continued with an online learning phase from October to November. Finally, in December, course participants took part in various activities at WSIS, to develop diplomatic reporting skills. Course participants included representatives from government, the business sector, media, and NGOs.
