Event description
The ‘Internet Governance Diplomacy’ workshop, delivered in Accra in May 2010, met with overwhelming interest from over 80 applicants. Over 20 shortlisted participants, mostly from Ghana and Nigeria, successfully completed the workshop which took place a few days prior to the IDLELO 4 conference in Ghana. Participants learned about the multidisciplinary nature of Internet governance and the international and regional processes, with special focus on the effects of Internet governance on local policies.
