As part of this event, Diplo held a discussion panel aimed at decision
makers likely to be involved in Internet Governance issues from countries
with limited financial and human resources. The discussion helped
participants to develop the skills and knowledge required to participate
meaningfully on the global debate. Panellists included Jovan Kurbalija
(Director of DiploFoundation), Alex Sceberras Trigona (DiploFoundation
Senior Fellow), Robert Guerra (Priveterra, Canada), and Stephanie Psaila
(Diplo IGCBP Associate). Diplo discussions on Internet Governance
contributed to the Commonwealth Action Plan on the Digital Divide.
