Conferences, TimelineDiplo made a significant impact at the 5th IGF in Lithuania in September 2010 with active participation from fellows, tutors, and staff. Remote involvement reached a record high, with over 600 individuals connecting, and 33 remote hubs participating from various continents. Diplo at the 4th IGF
