On 16 May, Sorina Teleanu, Diplo’s Director of Knowledge, will participate in an online discussion titled ‘Manthan: A stakeholder discussion on the WSIS+20 Review & What it means for India’.
Hosted by Certified Credit Consultant Association of India (CCAOI), the event aims to provide an overview of the WSIS+20 process and its timelines, make the process more understandable and relatable to a wider audience, and provoke thoughts about why this process is relevant for India and to encourage stakeholder(s) to actively participate/ contribute to this process.
The audience would be a mix of stakeholders from civil society, business, academia, government etc. from India and overseas.
As an outcome of the discussion, a report would be prepared with the key takeaways and suggestions, which would be submitted to the government, and circulated with decision makers and other stakeholders.
