Today, on the last of a hectic few days in Bali at the IGF, the Emerging Issues session was devoted to an elephant in the room: surveillance.

Where did all the people go? The general impression today was that there were too few people in the rooms.

Life continues unabated in Bali with busy schedules all round and lots of interesting sessions to attend. Many of today’s IGF sessions focused on multistakeholder(ism).
