
Anne Rachel Inné leads Nigers’s Agency for the Information Society

On 24 April 2025, Anne Rachel Inné was appointed as the new Director-General of Niger’s National Agency for the Information Society (ANSI) by the Government of Niger.
Anne-Rachel has been a senior fellow, lecturer, and distinguished member of DiploFoundation’s community.
Ms. Inné has several decades of leadership in the digital sector, having held pivotal roles at global institutions such as ICANN, AFRINIC, ARIN, and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Her expertise spans internet governance, infrastructure development, and strategic policy formulation, positioning her as a visionary leader for Niger’s digital future.
