With more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, diplomacy, emerging technologies and international security fields, he has provided high-level advice to governments, international organizations, and the private sector on intelligence, cyber negotiations, and crisis management. He occupied senior-level positions in Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including the position of first General Coordinator for Multidimensional Security. He was distinguished as a member of the UN GGE to Advance Responsible Behavior in Cyberspace and Chairperson of the OAS Working Group on Confidence-Building Measures in Cyberspace.
