Ms Biljana Glisovic Milic is from Belgrade, Serbia. She is an electrical engineer and is currently working as a Sales Manager with Apcom, specialising in Symantec and Veritas security and data protection programs. She has tutored for the ISOC NGL eLearning Programme, DiploFoundation’s Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme (IGCBP) Foundation phase, Diplo’s advanced module on Infrastructure and Connection Costs, and Diplo’s Policy Research Course, with focus on Internet Infrastructure. She has been involved with Diplo since 2005 as a participant in Diplo’s Internet governance course in Belgrade, Diplo’s 2006 session of the IGCBP, and Internet governance research projects. She participated in the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) PrepCom II in Geneva, WSIS in Tunis, and in the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Athens as a Diplo fellow. Her main interests are security issues, ICTs in developing countries, and ICT national strategies.
