In this next webinar Dr Jovan Kurbalija will shed light on yet another technological device that has had a strong impact on international relations in recent history: the television.  Although TV was invented in 1926 and launched by the BBC in 1936, its wider utilisation only began after World War II.

The full impact of television was felt during the Gulf War (1990-1991), which might be considered the first television war in terms of instantaneous and direct broadcasting.
