Prof. Jovan Kurbalija participated in the panel debate: ‘The Role of information and communication technologies in citizen protest movements’. The panel debate was organised by the Geneva Diplomatic Club and the International Telecommunication Union. The panelist included Dr Hamadoun Touré, Secretary-General, International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Ambassador Walter Gayger, president of the Geneva Diplomatic Club, Ambassador Moncef Baati, Permanent Mission of Tunisia to the United Nations in Geneva, and Jean-Christophe Nothias, Editor in Chief – The Global Journal.
