Event description
During the ‘E-diplomacy day at Malta workshop’ in February 2012, participants at the Malta Master/PGD Workshop on Contemporary Diplomacy learned about the applications and implications of e-diplomacy tools. Guided by Diplo staff members Jovan Kurbalija, Stephanie Borg Psaila, Mary Murphy, Hannah Slavik and Ginger Paque, participants tried out tools for gathering and sharing information, online negotiation and remote participation. In addition, they debated on whether and how these tools can be used in diplomatic practice.
