Event description
A capacity building pre-event will be organised on 30 September by Hivos, ICANN and Government of Algeria and DiploFoundation prior to the Second Arab IGF.
The full-day event will gather representatives of governments, as well as of other stakeholders from the region, to provide them with holistic understanding of the Internet governance issues, actors and processes, allow them to inquire about the issues of their specific interests – and, ultimately, enable them to follow and utilise the IG process meaningfully.
