The Commonwealth Secretariat hosted the launch of Diplo’s new publication, ‘Strengthening Voices of Small and Developing Countries – 10 Years of Diplomatic Training‘, in June 2009, in London. For over a decade, the Commonwealth Secretariat and Diplo worked together to enable small and developing countries to better pursue foreign policy objectives through diplomacy, and to participate more actively in the global community of nations. This publication contains the stories of several participants from the Commonwealth Secretariat/Diplo training programmes, illustrating the impact of the training on their lives and their countries.
