Sand diplomacy

Sand diplomacy’ refers to diplomatic activities involving countries with significant desert regions: Countries with vast desert regions face unique challenges related to natural resources, climate change, and geopolitical issues. Therefore, ‘sand diplomacy’ could refer to the diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving disputes and fostering cooperation between such nations. Diplomatic efforts aimed at managing and regulating the extraction and trade of sand could also be referred to as ‘sand diplomacy.’ Lastly, ‘sand diplomacy’ could refer to peacekeeping operations in desert regions, diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving these conflicts and maintaining peace in these areas.
