Ms Ilona Stadnik is a PhD candidate at the School of International Relations, St Petersburg State University, Russia and is currently a Fulbright Visiting Researcher at the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, working with the Internet Governance Project (2018/2019). Ilona has been a regular participant and speaker at major cybersecurity events such as the IGF (Internet Governance Forum), CyFy, and EuroDIG (European Dialogue on Internet Governance). Her research covers international cybernorm-making, Russian-US relations in cybersecurity, and global Internet governance.
