Event description
The dialogue Supporting the ethical cyber capacity-building project model: issues and opportunities is being organised by the GFCE in collaboration with the Organisation of American States (OEA), Global Affairs Canada and Diplo during RightsCon Costa Rica.
The discussion will revolve around ethical considerations that underpin cyber capacity-building projects, ranging from meaningful inclusion to sustainability and gender equality.
The session will be moderated by Velimir Radicevic (GFCE Secretariat), together with a panel discussion with Vladimir Radunovic (Diplo), Nicholas Natale (Global Affairs Canada) and Kerry-Ann Barrett (OEA).
