Legal Aid Press is launching a research project on The right to be forgotten in Indonesia, with the support of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Jakarta and DiploFoundation as the project consultant.
This research project is a response to the newly acknowledged rights under Law No. 19/2016 2016 as a Revision of Law No. 11/2008 on the Information and Electronic Transaction Law.
The seminar will be held at the Gedung Serbaguna Ministry of Communication and Informatics, Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat No. 9, on Thursday 23rd August, 2018 at 12h. Ms Shita Laksmi from DiploFoundation will moderate the seminar.
