Event description
Diplo, in co-operation with the Secretariat of the UN WGIG, the Global Knowledge Partnership (GKP) and the SDC ran the first Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme. The first phase, running from 14 March to 30 June 2005, was an introductory phrase, followed by the second phase dedicated to individual and collaborative online research.
