The Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) and Diplo organised a ‘Cybersecurity Winter School‘ for public officials, corporate sector representatives, graduate students, members of civil society, and media from the Western Balkans and Moldova. The event took place in Serbia.
