Event description
Participants from Nigeria, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Libya, Fiji, Malawi, Mexico, South Africa, Hungary, Dominica, and Palestine met to learn about the theory and practice of diplomacy. From 30 January to 8 February, Diplo and the University of Malta hosted an introductory workshop for the Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Contemporary Diplomacy in Malta. Workshop sessions were delivered by experienced practitioners and covered a wide range of topics including negotiations, diplomatic protocol, language, consular crises, e-diplomacy and public diplomacy.
