Event description
Following the first conference on Knowledge and Diplomacy in 1999, this event focussed on several issues, including the importance of language for diplomacy, the role of documents in diplomatic communications, ways that knowledge and information management systems can help to create an institutional memory for diplomatic services, and the organisational adjustments necessary to implement knowledge and information management effectively.
