The eSeminar Data Privacy and Protection in International Law, organised by the Centre for International Law of the National University of Singapore, will explore data privacy and data protection, in both the public international law and private international law spheres.
DiploFoundation’s Executive Director, Professor Jovan Kurbalija, will be a panellist in this discussion, which will discuss whether a more coordinated, global approach to data protection is required, and what States and private entities can do in this effort.
