The Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme kicked off successfully last week with over 160 participants from 72 countries. More than 120 are from African, Caribbean and Pacific countries.

The executive summaries of a number of research papers on IG and ICT Policy issues have just been published. The research is being undertaken by European participants of the Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme 2010.
One of the collateral consequences of the recent WikiLeaks situation will be its effects on Internet governance and policy. The foundations of Internet politics have been seriously shaken.
