Research As part of Diplo’s Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme, international teams of researchers investigated issues of particular concern to developing countries. This collaborative research was conducted entirely online. One of the main objectives of the initiative was to facilitate the involvement of academics and researchers from developing countries in the global Internet Governance debate. The resulting research papers are now accessible online and available for public online discussion. You can view the papers and related discussion using Firefox or Internet Explorer web browsers.
