I am interested in participating in the course because of a need to get a better understanding of cloud computing and all related aspects from the technical, regulatory and policy angles. I work as a regional course manager for eLearning programs in Africa under a COMESA program and also as manager of the Kenya eLearning center. eLearning capacity building and training programs are increasingly attracting interest from organizations, Governments and educational institutions in Africa and in my capacity as an advisor and manager, understanding cloud computing will enable me to offer better and more effective technical support to client and partner organizations. I would also like to apply for the scholarship since am unable to raise the required fees for the course. Kind regards Andrew
