Diplo publishes several series of online papers on diplomacy-related topics. You are invited to join in public discussion of some papers, using our hypertext annotations tool - simply click on the "hypertext (online discussion)" version to access and contribute to discussion on these papers. Authors interested in publishing online papers with us should contact us with an abstract of the proposed paper. Discussion Papers in Internet Governance and Policy Diplo’s Discussion Papers in Internet Governance and Policy aim to promote research and facilitate discussion on Internet Governance and Policy issues, with an emphasis on development aspects. All discussion papers are accessible online as PDF and hypertext documents. We encourage young scholars and policy makers from developing countries in particular to contribute to discussion papers.
