From a psychological point of view, a virtual embassy would definitely be less effective than a physical embassy. In reality, people tend to react faster under circumstances where an actual voice and body exist. In a face to face session, we experience direct threshold or stimulus such as the power or strength of the voice and we also observe
the bodies of those involved in the conversation. Sometimes stimuli such as facial expression would act as a direct "threat", imposing prompt reaction upon the "receiver", so to say.

dialogue, therefore the cause for is virtually
defeated. In a positive sense, a virtual embassy is faster than a physical embassy. However, a receiver may also choose to keep silent or to ignore the question imposed on him or her and go on entertaining fallacy as there is no way of interruption in the process. In the absence of a voice, it is easy to take everything easy. To know someone by name only is not the same as knowing someone's physical
characteristics.
