Mission
Our goal is to assist all countries, especially those with limited human and financial resources, to participate
meaningfully in international affairs.
We believe that new information technology tools offer possibilities for effective communication and interaction, and for the creation and dissemination of information and knowledge for diplomacy and international relations.
We concentrate on three areas:

Our network consists of 5 sister institutions in the Mediterranean, Africa, Europe and Caribbean region.

Our work in the field of information technology and diplomacy since the early ‘90s, our commitment to constant innovation and the application of research has placed us as a leading centre in the field of information technology and diplomacy today. |

DiploFoundation is a non-profit project which receives funding from several sources:
basic support is provided by the
Swiss Agency for Development and
Cooperation;
individual projects are supported by the EU, UNDP, Commonwealth Secretariat, EFTA, and USIP;
any excess resources generated by our activities are used for further research and support for countries with limited financial resources.
We welcome support and funding for:
training courses diplomats from developing countries;
research on the applications of IT on international relations;
development of IT-based tools for diplomatic activities.
Financial support can be dedicated to particular activities (scholarship, financing specific events, software development) and directed through our on-line accounting system. If you would like to assist us in any of our initiatives please contact
