Public Discussion
Prior to the Malta Conference on the Diplomacy of Small States, we would like to initiate a discussion on some conceptual issues related to the topic. Professor Alan Henrikson from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Ambassador Kishan Rana from DiploFoundation have contributed the first two conceptual papers. We will be adding participants' contributions as they are available. These documents are now open for public online discussion.
